  • Proprietary file formats, system logic, and workflows

are the intellectual property of AVA Semarak Berhad, unless otherwise stated.


Permitted Use

You may:

  • Access and use redNote for its intended personal or business purposes

  • View, print, or download publicly available materials for personal, non-commercial use

  • Share links or references to redNote materials, provided proper attribution is given


Restricted Use

You may not, without prior written permission from AVA Semarak Berhad:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display redNote materials for commercial purposes

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works

  • Copy or imitate the look, feel, or functionality of the platform

  • Use redNote trademarks or branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner

  • Store or transmit redNote materials in another system or platform for redistribution


User Content Clarification

For avoidance of doubt:

  • Content encrypted or sealed by users using redNote remains the property of the user

  • AVA Semarak Berhad claims no ownership over user-generated encrypted content

  • This Copyright Notice applies only to redNote-owned materials, not user content


Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on redNote are the property of AVA Semarak Berhad or their respective owners.

Nothing in this notice grants any license or right to use such marks without prior written consent.


Legal Protection

redNote materials are protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.
