Fraud Awareness
Scammers use any means to contact victims—telephone, snail mail, email, and the Internet. They gain your trust and when they have you hooked, they ask you for money; then they take it and run. But you can protect yourself and your friends and family by arming yourself with knowledge of the most common types of fraud.
Fake Calls, Emails or Messages Pretending to be us. Our authorised customer service personnel may periodically get in touch with you via calls or WhatsApp for only 2 reasons:
- You requested us to contact you. In this case we will make reference to your case ID. In case you did not make such request, we will thank you and hang up.
- As a delivery verification. Remember we need to deliver your message to your loved ones upon your departure, so we will call to confirm delivery requests. Anytime we contact you, we will not ask you to transfer any money to us.
If you encounter such questions from parties pretending to be us, end the conversation immediately.
